Timmy returns to the cave to rescue Charity. Zombie Charity senses something is wrong at the cave and goes to investigate. Timmy tries to chip away at Charity's block of ice and comes face-to-face with Zombie Charity. Charity threatens a terrified Timmy and Tabitha with her newly acquired powers. Zombie Charity prepares to kill Tabitha and Timmy with the powers of evil. Timmy pleads for Tabitha's life. Tabitha recounts to Zombie Charity how she destroyed Luis and Sheridan's love when they lived as Marc Antony and Cleopatra. In the cave, Zombie Charity works feverishly to stop the real Charity from defrosting. Timmy is overjoyed as Charity's glowing heart melts her block of ice. Tabitha realizes Miguel must be nearby and his and Charity's love is setting her free. Zombie Charity's powers fail to prevent Charity from continuing to defrost. Tabitha and the zombie fear they are about to be discovered, while Timmy roots for his beloved Charity. Timmy watches with excitement as Charity continues to thaw out. Tabitha fears she and Timmy have no way of escaping the cave and will soon be caught. In the cave, a groggy Charity begins to call out Miguel's name. Tabitha fears the young girl will soon become aware of her and Timmy's presence. The real Charity emerges from the ice block and confronts Zombie Charity, Tabitha, and Timmy. Charity declares she knows what's going on and insists goodness will win over evil. Zombie Charity intends to prove Charity wrong. In the cave, Zombie Charity celebrates re-freezing Charity and leaves Tabitha and Timmy to fend for themselves. Tabitha and Timmy watch images of Theresa facing the consequences of her suicide. While watching the events unfold from the cave, Tabitha notes Theresa's decision will unleash great evil in Harmony. Timmy searches for the scroll in hopes of stopping evil. Tabitha realizes Zombie Charity's evil plan could hurt her and Timmy as well. Timmy consults the magic scroll about the future. Timmy is worried about his future after he consults with the scroll and hears his own voice cry out in pain. Tabitha notes there is much evil in store for Harmony. Zombie Charity is pleased to see how well her plan is going. Tabitha and Timmy are very worried about their futures. Tabitha, Zombie Charity, and Timmy keep a close watch on Theresa as she struggles with what to do. Everyone in town congregates at the Seascape restaurant for dinner. Zombie Charity brushes Miguel off and chooses to sit with Tabitha and Timmy. Zombie Charity predicts Harmony will never be the same after the evening is over. Grace senses the presence of evil. Tabitha searches desperately for a place to hide the book of spells. A determined Timmy sets out to find a way to save the real Charity. Tabitha is confident she has eliminated the danger to Timmy. However, unbeknownst to her, the book of spells reemerges from the fireplace. Zombie Charity chastises Tabitha for caring so much about Timmy. Tabitha watches as the zombie plays with special dolls. Zombie Charity predicts pain for Luis and Sheridan in Bermuda. Meanwhile, Timmy struggles to get inside the cave to save the real Charity. Zombie Charity's hand discreetly transforms into a sharp talon as she fears Miguel knows the truth. Tabitha anticipates the pain and misery. Kay tries to create a diversion by setting a small fire outside Miguel's bedroom. However, the fire grows out of control and the Lopez-Fitzgerald home is soon engulfed in flames. Kay fears for Miguel, who is trapped inside with Zombie Charity. Timmy is happy Zombie Charity might die until Tabitha explains what that will mean for the real Charity. A petrified Zombie Charity starts showing her succubus form as she and Miguel struggle to find a way to safety. A guilt-stricken Kay watches as the house burns. The zombie struggles to keep Miguel from seeing her in demon form. Sheridan and Brian continue to make love. The two of them take a late night swim while Nick lurks close by, determined to exact his revenge on Brian. Tabitha searches for a way to locate Timmy. Tabitha asks an old "friend" to help her. Timmy's traveling partner appears to have abandoned him but at the last minute saves the day. Timmy finally finds the Wizard. Kay keeps Miguel in the dark about what really happened at the cemetery. Miguel and Kay go for a walk, and a determined Zombie Charity decides to tag along. Theresa's life is in danger. Timmy and Julian continue on their journey to find the Demon's Horn. After discovering Julian's wallet is missing, they head back to the Over the Rainbow Hotel, but the hotel has mysteriously vanished. Nick fills Stan in on what he's learned about Sheridan. Nick begins to plot a way to be with Sheridan and get his hands on the Crane fortune. Theresa and the baby's conditions worsen. Rebecca hopes Theresa dies soon. Danger looms for Brian as Nick plots to get rid of him and have Sheridan and her money for himself. Nick and Stan discuss Brian's end as they plot to tamper with his car. Zombie Charity comes up with a new plan to seduce Miguel. Zombie Charity, realizing Timmy is near his goal, prepares to kill him. Tabitha stalls her. Zombie Charity gives Miguel bad news. Kay promises Miguel she'll be by his side during Theresa's execution. Friends and family say a tearful goodbye to Theresa. Tabitha begs for Timmy's life as Zombie Charity casts a deadly spell. A frantic Timmy and Julian struggle to escape from the trap as the ground ominously swells beneath them. Timmy calls on Toto to save the day. Timmy is thrilled now that he has what he needs to save Charity and wants to head home. Julian doesn't want to go back and tries to stop him. After seeing news coverage about Theresa, Julian decides he wants to go home after all. Timmy finds out just how much Julian knew about the happenings in Harmony. Theresa's friends and family grieve for her. Gwen consoles Ethan. Theresa lays in a coffin! The angel girl gives Timmy a warning about what awaits him in Harmony. Nick and Stan anticipate Brian's death as he gets behind the wheel of his race car. Simone runs into Kay and confides how badly she feels about accusing Whitney of going after Chad. Simone arrives at the recording studio to look for Chad so they can comfort Whitney together. Simone gets close to discovering the truth. Timmy calls Tabitha with his big news. Tabitha gives Timmy a warning and orders him to stay away from Harmony. Timmy won't be dissuaded from his mission. Zombie Charity walks in on Tabitha and angrily reaches for the phone when she realizes Timmy is on the other end. The doctor has grim news on Brian's condition. Zombie Charity plots to kill Timmy and Tabitha. The zombie is upset when she can't find the vial of Charity's essence. Father Lonigan figures out what is in the vial and orders Kay to dispose of it. From the lair underneath the Crane estate, Hecuba and Tabitha watch the emotional havoc caused by the evil green mist. Charity is devastated when she and John arrive at the party and find Miguel and Kay kissing. Kay is delighted with her cousin's timing. Charity spots the green mist and realizes evil is at work. Hecuba is surprised that her mist didn't destroy Luis and Sheridan but is still happy with its results. Tabitha is upset all her work has been undone and yells at her nemesis for unleashing uncontrollable evil. an outraged and emotional Simone ends up crashing a car into the Crane garage. Kay prepares to tell Charity about her and Miguel sleeping together, but is interrupted by the car crash. Once Charity tells her about the evil mist! Hecuba taunts Tabitha about the parentage of the mysterious fourth baby. Tabitha casts a spell to make TC's father appear to him once again. Tabitha has a hellish time keeping her seeds of evil under control. Tabitha chases the dancing babies around her house and demands answers from them. She's touched when she receives a message from Timmy telling her what a great mom she'll be. Tabitha tries to find out the reason for her pregnancy. She receives orders from below to protect her unborn child at all costs. Tabitha deals with her odd pregnancy symptoms. Jessica warns Charity that Kay is evil. Jessica tries to help Charity see their family's problems are not her fault. Tabitha continues to experience strange pregnancy symptoms. Kay lets Tabitha know she's going to tell everyone about her.
